The terms on which we make this website available, and how they relate to the engineering and construction services we provide.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the COREN Engineering Services website at corendesign.co. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
This site is operated by T-COREN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY, trading as COREN Engineering Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Republic of the Philippines (Business Name No. 6047917) with its business address at Magsaysay Blvd., Brgy. East Awang, Calbayog City, Samar.
Engineering services are provided under the supervision of a Civil Engineer licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.
3. Using this website
You may browse the site and use it to learn about our work and get in touch. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system connected to it.
You also agree not to submit false information through any form on the site, or to use our forms to send unsolicited or automated messages.
4. Information on this site
We take care that everything published here is accurate, but the site is provided for general information. Project descriptions, service outlines, renders and photographs illustrate the kind of work we do; they are not offers, specifications or professional advice, and they should not be relied on as the basis for a construction or engineering decision.
Where the site shows renders or design visualisations, these represent design intent and may differ from work as built.
5. Enquiries, bookings and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. It starts a conversation.
Any cost estimate, technical specification or proposal we issue is subject to survey, site conditions, prevailing material and labour costs, and any assumptions stated within it. Work begins only once a separate written engagement has been agreed and signed. Where those terms and these terms differ, the signed engagement prevails.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, photographs, renders, drawings, the COREN name and the COREN mark — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially, or present our project photography as your own work, without our written consent.
Plans, drawings, calculations and specifications prepared for a client remain our intellectual property unless the signed engagement says otherwise, and are issued for the specific project and site they were prepared for.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to services we do not control, including our booking scheduler, Facebook and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms apply once you leave this site.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Liability for our professional services is dealt with in the signed engagement for the project concerned, not here.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calbayog City, Samar.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as our services or obligations change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
