With nearly a decade of professional experience in civil engineering, Engr. Cristofer Francisco founded COREN Engineering Consultancy with a clear vision: to deliver engineering solutions built on structural integrity, technical precision, and uncompromising quality.
A licensed Civil Engineer and graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, he has established a diverse career spanning multiple disciplines of civil engineering, including Structural Engineering, Water Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management and Construction Engineering, and Civil Engineering Education. His expertise encompasses structural design and analysis, water supply and distribution systems design, plumbing systems design, land development, roadway design, as well as project management and engineering consultancy.
His engineering journey began in the Design and Planning Office of Northwest Samar State University. He later expanded his field experience as Project Engineer for the Improvement of Calbayog City Airport, Phase II. Driven by a passion for structural engineering, he specialized in steel connection design for U.S.-based structural projects and managed structural retrofitting works and structural investigation. His experience also extends into the water utility industry, where he served as Network Maintenance Manager and Territory Manager of Calbayog Water Company under Manila Water Philippine Venture, supervising water treatment systems, transmission and distribution networks, and non-revenue water management.
Today, as Chief Engineer and Authorized Managing Officer, he leads the delivery of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects — from concept and engineering design through construction, project management and final turnover.
