Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under Philippine law.

Last updated 19 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

T-COREN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY, trading as COREN Engineering Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Republic of the Philippines (Business Name No. 6047917) with its business address at Magsaysay Blvd., Brgy. East Awang, Calbayog City, Samar is the personal information controller for the data described here, within the meaning of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

This policy explains what we collect through corendesign.co, why, and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, phone number and email address, together with the page you submitted from and the date and time.

When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to arrange the appointment, which will include your name and contact details and may include a preferred time and anything you choose to write in the booking notes.

If you contact us through Facebook or LinkedIn, those conversations take place on those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — as part of delivering and securing the site. This site runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss your project.
  • To arrange, confirm and prepare for consultations.
  • To prepare estimates, proposals and engagement documents where you ask us to.
  • To keep records of enquiries and projects, and to meet tax and regulatory obligations.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running our business and protecting the site. Where we hold records to satisfy a legal duty, we rely on that obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the service:

  • Our customer relationship and scheduling platform, which receives enquiry and booking details so we can respond and manage appointments.
  • Our website host, which serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Professional advisers and government authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Some are located outside the Philippines, so your information may be processed abroad; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard required by the Data Privacy Act.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they remain useful for following up, and are then deleted. Records relating to a project we carried out are retained for as long as needed for the project, for professional liability purposes, and to meet tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

6. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are passed to our systems through a server-side endpoint rather than directly from your browser, so the destination is not exposed publicly, and the form carries basic anti-spam protection. Access to enquiry and project records is limited to team members who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed about how your information is used, and to access it, correct it, object to its processing, request its erasure or blocking, obtain a copy in a portable format, and claim damages for a violation of your rights.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

8. Children

This site is intended for people acting in a business or property-owner capacity and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
