COREN Engineering Consultancy is a multidisciplinary engineering firm delivering engineering design, construction, project management and technical consultancy for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. How an engagement usually begins
1. Book a consultation. Pick a time that suits you. Come with whatever you have — a lot, a sketch, a permit requirement, or just an intention.
2. We establish scope. We talk through what you want to build, the site, your timeline and your budget, and tell you honestly what is feasible.
3. Site assessment where needed. Most projects need us to see the ground before anything can be committed to paper.
4. Estimate and proposal. You receive a cost estimate and technical specifications covering material quantities, labour and equipment, so you can decide with real numbers rather than a guess.
5. Engagement and delivery. Once terms are agreed in writing, we proceed — through design, permitting, construction and project management to final turnover.
Where we work
We are based in Calbayog City and work throughout Samar. For projects beyond that, ask — travel and mobilisation simply become part of the estimate.
Who you will be dealing with
Projects are led by Engr. Cristofer M. Francisco, CE, SO2, a Civil Engineer licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission, supported by a mechanical engineer, an architectural designer, an architectural apprentice and administrative staff. You can read about each of them on the About page.
Our registration
We are registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name No. 6047917, registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue under RDO 087 Calbayog City, and hold a current Calbayog City business permit. If you need these details for your own due diligence or permit application, ask and we will provide them.
